Plaza Del MarPlaza Del Mar III
San Diego

Plaza Del Mar III is a 114,000-square-foot, Class A multi-tenant office building developed by Janez in 2000. Janez developed the suburban office property while witnessing strong demand from tenants at its two adjacent multi-tenant office properties on High Bluff Drive. Janez leveraged the success of its two-adjacent multi-tenant properties by positioning the third proposed building as part of an overall office campus environment. Janez arranged for the disposition/sale of the Plaza Del Mar III office building to Texas-based Archon Group, a diversified international real estate services and advisory company wholly owned by Goldman Sachs.


 

Oceanside Terraces
Oceanside, CA

Located three blocks from the Pacific Ocean, Oceanside Terraces is a landmark 114,000 square-foot $35 million mixed-use development project in Oceanside, Ca. The six-story project features 28,000 square feet of retail and office space on the first two floors and 38 luxury residential condominiums ranging in size from 1,600 to 2,600 square feet on floors three through six, with two levels of secured underground parking.

 

Sienna Hills

In 2007, Janez refurbished a residential apartment complex, converting it to a condominium development in Escondido. Located on five acres, the 105-unit community includes two swimming pools, spas, fitness center and clubhouse. Janez project managers supervised the project from start-to-finish, procuring city permits, architectural plans, contractors, materials, development, construction management, financial reporting, commission claims (nonlegal) resolution and property management.


Summit Business Center - AfterSummit Business Center
Riverside, CA

In the fast-growing Southern California Inland Empire, Janez identified an opportunity to acquire an undervalued, multi-tenant business park in Riverside, CA. Built in 1987, the property featured five single-story office buildings totaling 138,000 square feet and was approximately 60% leased at the time. Janez recognized that they could add-value to the facility by updating and re-branding the office park.
